Refund Policy

30-day, no-argument refunds

If IDShot did not do what you needed, email support@idshot.app within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you paid from, and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain yourself, and you do not need to prove anything.

Cases we especially want to hear about

• The application was rejected because of the photograph's size, head height or background.
• The tool failed to detect your face or produced a visibly wrong crop.
• The download did not work in your browser.

In the second and third cases, please tell us which browser and device you used — it helps us fix the underlying problem for everyone.

How the money comes back

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record, so the refund is issued to the original payment method by them. It normally appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund takes us a couple of minutes; a chargeback takes everyone weeks.
